1. On October 12, 2015, the Defendant’s large-scale repair and alteration of the use of the fourth floor of the building listed in the separate sheet as against C on October 12, 2015.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. A building listed in the attached list is an aggregate building consisting of 65 sections of exclusive ownership, which is the fourth floor (Separate floor) of the D ground (hereinafter “instant building”) in Ansan-si, an Ansan-si, a general commercial area and consists of 65 sections of exclusive ownership.

B. The instant building is divided by 19 sectional owners. The Plaintiff is a sectional owner of the first floor of Nos. 106, 116, 120, 126, 133, and 140, and C, all units of the fourth floor of No. 401 to 406.

C. Meanwhile, the instant building was used for the same purpose as the lower table around 2015, but C decided to change No. 401 through 405 into a singing practice room, which is a Class II neighborhood living facility, and No. 406, which is a amusement facility.

A 1-story sales facility of one-story of 1,000 square meters for 2,000 square meters for 2,000 square meters for 2,05.2,000 square meters for 2,000 square meters for 2,000 square meters for 2,00,000 square meters for 2,000 square meters for each floor;

D. However, according to the Ordinance on the Parking Lots in Ansan-si, in order to change the above facilities, the number of parking lots attached to the above building should be increased.

E. On October 2, 2015, C reported to the Defendant that the use of the fourth floor of the instant building would be changed to the Class II neighborhood living facilities and amusement facilities, and filed an application for permission of substantial repair for this purpose, accompanied by 18 copies of written consent in the name of the sectional owners of the instant building as indicated below.

Written Consent following Extension of Number of Vehicles

1. The object area: The unit D of the Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-do;

2. For purposes: Class II neighborhood living facilities;

3. Details of consent: Change of use to amusement facilities with four stories;

4. Parking: 3 additional installation locations for the increased number of three new parking spaces due to change of the current number of parking spaces: Three new parking spaces for underground floors.

F. However, the consent form in the name of the plaintiff, E, F, G, H, I, and J in the above 18 consent form was forged by C.
