Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B, while staying in the past in the Republic of Korea, was aware that he could not enter the Republic of Korea in a normal way because of his past illegal stay in the Republic of Korea, was unable to enter the Republic of Korea. Defendant B was willing to apply for a false visa by forging relevant documents, such as the invitation letter, as if he invited the company of the Republic of Korea. From January 2016, Defendant B, in order to be located in the U.S. in the U.S., Defendant B: (a) sent 14,00 U.S. dollars in the U.S. currency in advance; (b) asked the company of the Republic of Korea to 14,000 U.S. dollars in the U.S.; (c) forged relevant documents, such as the invitation letter, as if Defendant B invited Defendant B to enter the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport; and (d) provided that Defendant B would have been invited to enter the Republic of Korea to obtain the above U.S. dollars in sequence as if Defendant B had been invited to enter the Republic of Korea.

As above, 2, a person who has neither forged a public document nor forged a private document, was in contact with 1 influences, and was influences on January 2016, 2016, 200 or less influences in the Republic of Korea, without authority as if he invited in Seoul, to invite E, a letter of invitation, a certificate of sale of goods, a letter of guarantee of the F identity, the representative director of the above E, a certificate of business registration for E, a certificate of seal impression, a certificate of tax payment, a certificate of value-added standard, a certificate of additional value-added tax, and a notary public of the above documents prepared a certificate of G with the law firm, and put it out to 1 influences.
Accordingly, Defendant B is a business registration certificate for E, a corporation under the name of the head of the Seocho Tax Office, which is an official document, and a court administrative office.
