A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and the victim B (e.g., 50 years of age) are between August 2018 and February 2019.
1. Around February 2, 2019: (a) around 17:10 on February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (b) collected food blades (30cm in length, 18cm in blades) which are dangerous things in the main part of the victim’s body because he/she was unable to participate in a collision with the victim at the time of the victim’s house located on the floor of Yangcheon-gu Seoul building C; and (c) threatened the victim’s body with the victim’s knife two times in two parts of the victim’s knife, the victim’s left part was 2 cm in length at the second part of the part of the victim’s knife; and (d) continuously, when he/she was able to see the right side part of the victim’s knife by drinking, the victim’s 4 cm above the part.
Accordingly, the Defendant carried a knife, which is a dangerous thing, and inflicted an injury on the victim as above.
2. The Defendant: (a) was arrested in the act of committing a crime resulting from a special injury as described in the above paragraph (1) above; (b) was investigated by the Yangcheon Police Station; and (c) was released at around 10:30 on the same day, again returned to the victim’s house.
Accordingly, on February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:55 on February 2, 2019, at the house of the above victim, opened the entrance to the victim; (b) but was diving, the victim did not open the entrance door; (c) thereby, damaged the entrance door owned by the victim by breaking the door door door with the door door door door door door door door door door door.
3. A special intimidation: (a) the Defendant, at around 02:00 on February 4, 2019, 201, scam the victim scam together with the victim on the ground that the victim does not listen to the Defendant’s horse; and (b) knife a knife (30cm in length, 18cm in length) which is a dangerous object that had been sticked to a knife on the knife of the knife at the knife, and knife the victim’s knife, and knife the victim’s knife.
