A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 25, 2018, at around 00 03:35, the Defendant was in company with the victim C (the age of 27) at around 00 points located in Sinsan City B, and was in company with drinking alcohol at a carcter, and the Defendant was in company with the victim’s remarks. However, the Defendant was at the time of the victim’s head one time due to the rain, which is a dangerous object at the instant house-to-samping.

2. 3. The Defendant causing property damage: (a) took the above action at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); (b) destroyed the part of the decline in U.S. which caused the damage to the victim’s market price equivalent to KRW 30,000; (c) continuously destroyed the part of the decline in U.S., 40,000, 100, 100, and 5 free bars of the market price; and (d) destroyed the wall and the toilet door by several pieces of each repair cost to cover approximately KRW 1,670,000, 1,200,000.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim in the sum of the market price of KRW 3,040,000.
