A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who actually operates a paid job placement office in the following cities:

1. A person who intends to conduct domestic fee-charging job placement services shall register with the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the location of the principal place of business, and a person who has registered fee-charging job placement services shall neither conduct job placement services using his/her name or trade name nor lend his/her

Nevertheless, around June 12, 2015, Defendant A: (a) registered “D” in the name of Defendant B in the name of Defendant B; (b) operated the said “D” from around that time to August 22, 2018; (c) introduced daily workers who are engaged in waterproof work on the westsan, Pyeong, Gunsan, and Ho Government, etc., and received fees from that time until October 11, 2018, Defendant A introduced the name of Defendant B and the trade name of the said job placement office using the name of Defendant B and the trade name of the said job placement office; (d) received 10% of the daily amount per capita from the company; and (e) Defendant B used Defendant A’s name and trade name.

2. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act by a defendant A shall employ any foreigner not granted the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities, and shall arrange or solicit the employment of a person not holding the status of sojourn for employment;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from May 1, 2018 to August 22, 2018, introduced the seal of the company, etc. five times in total, and received 10% of the daily allowances per person from the company, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form, from around October 11, 2018, from the time to October 11, 2018.
