1. The sentence against the accused shall be 2,000,000 won;

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a C Poter cargo vehicle.

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 20:00, and proceeded at a speed of about 67 km from the west-gun, Taenam-gun, Taenam-gun, Taenam-gun, Taenam-gun, to the intersection of Taeduk-ri, the Simn-do, the Simn-do, at the right angle.

At this point, since the road construction is under way, there was a duty of care to confirm whether a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has passed through the intersection by examining the right and the right of the front and rear, and to prevent the accident by complying with the speed of 40 km, the speed limit of the construction section, and to prevent the accident.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded along the intersection at a speed of about 67 km above the speed of 27 km, and due to the negligence of proceeding the intersection from the speed of 67 km, the Defendant received the front portion of the left side portion of the Ework of the victim D( South, 56 years old) who was proceeding the intersection from the mountainside of the law to the slope of the Simna High School.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, injury to the victim D, such as a stroke, which requires approximately five weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim F ( South, 42 years of age) who was accompanied by the said rocketing car, to approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
