1. The Defendant’s KRW 87,085,200 as well as 15% per annum from September 4, 2018 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the entire purport of the pleadings in the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 32,700,000 to the Defendant on December 27, 2017, and the Plaintiff sold food materials, including smuggling and edible milk, from January 3, 2017 to December 2, 2017, and did not receive an amount equivalent to KRW 54,385,200 out of the price.

According to the above facts of determination, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 87,085,200 won (32,700,000 54,385,200) in total and the amount of the above loans and the amount of the goods, which is calculated at the interest rate of 15% per annum from September 4, 2018 to May 31, 2019, which is the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case, and the interest rate of 12% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted within the scope of the above recognition and it is so decided as per Disposition.
