A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) at the Ulsan District Court on January 29, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 6, 2016.

The Defendant is a business proprietor of the term “news” in the name of Ulsan F, G, H, etc., which is supplied to entertainment bars, etc., by employing sexual traffic women using the titles of F, H, etc., including female sexual traffic, using Dworkst and other vehicles, etc. at the Ulsan F, G, H, etc., under the direction of the Defendant. The Defendant is a person who performs the role of taking female employees into entertainment bars, etc. and receiving the price thereof by using the said ststst and other vehicles, etc. under the direction of the Defendant

The Defendant, along with I, operated the said “C” bulletin box from Sep. 2014 to Dec. 2, 2015 at U.S. place, and posted the advertisement “K” to J and received KRW 10,000 per day under the pretext of attendance expenses by employing female employees E, etc. who reported and contacted it, and upon receipt of a request from a sexual traffic business place, etc., called “M” in Ulsan-gu to supply female employees, etc., the Defendant took the said female employees into the said place of business using the said vehicles, such as the said rocketing, etc., and had female employees conduct sexual traffic, and received KRW 10,000 from the female employees, and received KRW 10,000 from them.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with I, arranged commercial sex acts as such, and provided job placement, recruitment of workers, and workers for the purpose of having them be employed in a job where commercial sex acts or other obscene acts are conducted.
