A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a XG car by borrowing D.

On September 28, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.127% from blood transfusion around 20:00, while driving the said car, and proceeding the said car into the 21st square village of the sunlight in the face of the civilian defense education office at the 1990 Yyang-gu, Seoyang-gu and the front road.
