Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2014, around 08:12, the Defendant driven a three-lane road of 847-49 in the vicinity of the Tricheon-dong, Y3-lane, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yannam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, with a two-lane speed of about 70 km each hour from the 5-distance off of the Chungcheong Hospital to the Asan-do, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of about 80 km each hour.

This is the situation in which vehicles continue to proceed at normal speed, and if the vehicle stops or stops rapidly after changing the vehicle line, the vehicle driven along the vehicle was able to lead to a large accident by looking back without being faced with it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant started from the bus stop, changed the bus line to the second line, which is the direction of the Defendant’s proceeding, and changed to the two-lanes without turning on the direction direction, and changed to the two-lanes of the bus while driving the bus in front of the aforementioned bus, and led to a sudden operation of the bus in front of the above SM3 vehicle, and shocking the driver of the bus to the end of the above SM4,200 won.
