The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

According to the records of this case, the Defendant did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the due date for submission of the appellate brief, despite the receipt of the notification of the receipt of the trial records from the court on July 24, 2012 after filing an appeal against the lower judgment on June 28, 2012, and the Defendant did not state the grounds for appeal in the Defendant’s petition of appeal, and the lower judgment cannot be reversed ex officio upon examining the records.

Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Articles 361-4(1) and 361-3(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
