Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2019, the Defendant was subject to the disposition of transmitting home protection cases as a special intimidation by the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office.

Criminal facts

From April 2017, the Defendant began living together with the victim B (here, 22 years of age) from around April 2017, and was in a legal marital relationship with which the marriage report was filed on September 23, 2018.

1. Habitual special violence or special intimidation;

A. On June 9, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant talked about the victim’s former male-friendly room D in the large exhibition Dong CBD and the victim’s former male-child room, and assaulted the victim habitually by repeatedly taking into account the victim’s face, face, clothes, and arms due to drinking, while having a dispute with the victim, the Defendant took part of the loss of the net value, which is a dangerous object in the said CBD, at one time.

C. At around 20:00 on August 2017, the Defendant: (a) 20:0, the Defendant: (b) expressed that the victim did not immediately speak about the whole male-child Gu; (c) had the victim been dnicked by the Defendant that her mother would have returned to her mother; (d) assaulted the victim habitually by making her face of the victim several times due to her own house or drinking; (d) her knee, which is a dangerous object in the above C lending; and (e) her knee, her knee and kneed the victim into a toilet; and (e) threatened the victim with her back to the back of the kne of the knee, “I am hnee hne so that the victim might hnee hne be broken equally.”
