Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On September 28, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 16:40 on September 28, 2018, while driving the two-lane road in front of the Seoul Southernbuk-gu, Seoul, along the two-lanes from D to Ecafeteria, and stopped at the speed of Si speed, and making a U-turn to proceed to the opposite line.
