Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2018, around 20:10 on September 26, 2018, the Defendant had been accommodated in the “C” telecomter B located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, and then had a dispute with the victim D (33 years old) who is an employee of the telecomter due to the problem that television does not work in the guest room.
