Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On November 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months in the original state branch of the Chuncheon District Court on November 13, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 15, 2015.
[Criminal facts]
1. 2. The Defendant continued to exercise securities at the same place as the foregoing paragraph 1, and had C find out a place to participate in horse riding voting. As seen above, the Defendant exercised securities with forged Madle, suggesting that the Defendant was a genuine marina.
3. The defrauded presented the forged marina tickets to the victim C at the same time and place as mentioned in the foregoing paragraph 2, and “The mother, in the city of the city, has changed the dividend to KRW 350,000,00 in cash, due to the her mother’s urgent need to pay the money.”
However, the fact was that the above right was forged and has no value.
The defendant deceivings the victim as above and received a letter of 150,000 won in cash and a letter of 58,800 purchase limit from the victim.
