Reasons

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On November 29, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment and three years and six months at the Seoul Central District Court on January 30, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 30, 2013.

1. Violation of the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name;

Accordingly, the Defendant registered the real right to real estate under the name of the trustee according to the title trust agreement.

2. On January 13, 2011, the Defendant borrowed the name of K to obtain the registration of ownership transfer on N apartment under his/her name, and thereafter, K as the obligor, set up a mortgage of KRW 182 million with the maximum debt amount and borrowed KRW 140 million from the Savings Bank.

After that, the Defendant, around January 26, 201, was located in Pyeongtaek-si 101, Pyeongtaek-dong 101.
