Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2013, the Defendant was a person driving a rocketing car. Around 00:10 on September 29, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car with about 1m of the above car at the bus stop located in the Sowing-gu Denjin-gu U.S. under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.175%.
