Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the competent authorities for a specified purpose.

Nevertheless, on March 20, 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, has diverted the use of heavy equipment such as excavation equipment in the area of 144 square meters and 187 square meters among the Jinsung-gun C Forest in Gangwon-gun and D forest, so that the use of heavy equipment, such as excavation equipment, to convert the use of mountainous district to a mountainous district equivalent to KRW 3,423,00.
