1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 20, 2003, B entered into a mortgage agreement with the Defendant on the scope of the secured obligation with respect to the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment 104, 1001 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) owned by it as follows. Accordingly, the Seoul Central District Court’s registration office No. 57783 on November 21, 2003 completed the registration of the establishment of a mortgage agreement with the obligor as to the instant apartment as the obligor B, the maximum debt amount of KRW 420,000,000, the mortgagee as the Defendant (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

The following obligations owed by the debtor of comprehensive collateral security to the creditor (principal branch) in the future:

(a) A bill loan, deed loan, overdraft loan, discount of bill, payment guarantee, sales bond transaction, mutual installment transaction, subscription to bonds, securities lending, foreign exchange transactions, or any other obligation arising from a lease of real estate;

(b) Obligations due to transactions with credit cards (excluding the offer of security by any third party, other than the debtor);

C. Guarantee liability for the above transaction with the creditor and the third party

D. A debt on a bill or check acquired by a creditor through the transaction with a third party;

B. On March 27, 2013, B entered into a contract with the Defendant to alter the scope of the secured obligation of the instant right to collateral security by changing the scope of the secured obligation of the instant right to collateral security as follows.

C. On the other hand, on April 20, 2010, the apartment of this case, etc., offered as security the Defendant’s debt owed to the National Bank Co., Ltd., the Plaintiff completed the registration of the establishment of a mortgage with respect to the apartment of this case, etc., as the Seoul Central District Court’s registration No. 12144, April 20, 2010, which was received on April 20, 2010, the debtor PSSA corporation, the maximum debt amount of which was KRW 7,40,000,000, and the mortgagee as the National Bank of Korea.

On December 26, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) from the National Bank Co., Ltd., Ltd., the said bank to Pyeongtaek Ssia Co., Ltd.
