1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 118,200,750 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 16, 2019 to the date of full payment.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 and the argument, the plaintiff may, at the request of the defendant from October 2018 to January 2019, transport the cargo from the cargo terminal of Chungcheongbuk-gun to the Jeju terminal and recognize the fact that the total transport cost constitutes 118,200,750.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 118,200,750 won transportation charges and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 16, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the application for extension of claim and modification of cause of claim of this case was served, as requested by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
