Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the Incheon Gyeyang-gu C and the second floor D without registration.

Any person who intends to operate a singing practice room business shall be equipped with a singing practice facility prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and shall register with the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not register with the competent authorities on June 16, 2016, from November 21, 2017 to November 21, 2017, changed the trade name of the existing E from 40 square meters to D, made four studios as if he operated a video production room, and operated four studios in each studio, with business facilities, such as tablers, shocks, singing machines, video production equipment, etc.

The responsibility is heavy in that it is intended to avoid the regulation of the singing practice center.

All facilities prescribed by the Act shall be equipped with the matters to be observed, and persons who operate a singing practice hall shall be sentenced to the same punishment as the order, taking into account the equality with those who operate the singing practice hall.
