Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the fireworks called “B”.

A person who intends to engage in animal sales business shall register with the competent Gu office as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

On November 22, 2017, at around 10:10, the Defendant displayed and stored companion animals, such as mos, mos, flaps, etc., for sale without being registered with the competent Gu office, from Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from “B”, and from “B.”

Accordingly, the defendant did not register but run animal sales business.
