Punishment of the crime

【2019 order 1016】

1. On September 24, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime, around 13:30 on September 24, 2019, and around 13:30 on September 24, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s awareness and cash, as described in the [Attachment] List Nos. 1-3, including: (a) in the C High Grade 1 and 8 classes in Chuncheon-si B, Chuncheon-si; (b) in the classroom where the student moved the class to move classes and went into the classroom by taking advantage of the gap where the student was negligent in managing the class; and (c) in the building, he stolen the victim’s awareness and cash.

On June 9, 2019, around 06:44, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not corrected at the same place as the above paragraph (1) on June 9, 2019; and (b) cut off with 4,500 won per the market price of KRW 4,50 won per annum for tobacco 1, and approximately 3,000 won per the market price in the toilet; and (c) 157,500 won per the trademark price per the toilet and 1,500 won per the trademark price per the toilet.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the victim H’s residence and stolen the victim H’s property.

3. Around 21:00 on June 10, 2019, the Defendant is aware of the fact that: (a) around 21:00 on June 10, 201, while smoking tobacco in front of Chuncheon-si F apartment I, F apartment around 21:00.
