Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015 Godan4534] - Defendant A, at around 21:00 on September 20, 2015, had been aware of it in the vicinity of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Defendant B, who was an offender, proposed that “I would like to refrain from engaging in commercial sex acts to the mother in the neighborhood, and then I would like to have the foreigner stolen the money of another foreigner who was in the vicinity of his toilet.”
At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendants: (a) discovered the victim G, a foreigner of nationality, and accessed the victim’s property from the victim in order to steal the victim’s property by the aforementioned means; (b) Defendant A entered the victim into the victim’s “a defect of sexual intercourse with the victim” and entered the victim’s seat 202 with the victim’s accommodation located in the same Gu H.
After diving, Defendant A had 202 creshs in which the victim entered in the above inn's toilet, and had the entrance door of the above inn's toilet corrected from outside the toilet to prevent the victim from leaving the above toilet. Defendant B had approximately 10,000 won of the market price of the above inn's room, such as Nonghyup Bank, which was the victim's possession on the above inn's hall, and approximately 6 copies of bank credit card such as Nonghyup Bank, which was the victim's possession on the above inn's hall, and approximately 150,000 won of cash.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to detain the victim and stolen the property owned by the victim jointly.
[2015 Highest 4985] - Defendant A
1. On September 6, 2015, the Defendant, along with J on September 6, 2015, purchased 3 cigarettes from the “L convenience store” operated by the victim I from Suwon-si K 116, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the J presented that he was his own possession, and paid 135,000 won for the national physical fitness card, and the Defendant intended to receive 3 cigarettes from the victim, but the said card exceeded the limit.
