A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On November 16, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daegu District Court, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for the same crime in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on September 17, 2003, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime in the Daejeon District Court on June 16, 2005, and was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for the same crime in the Seoul Southern District Court on October 25, 2007, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chungcheong District Court on February 18, 2015.

[2] On January 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the hospital room in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened a door door of 222, the Defendant occupied by the victim E (32 years of age) and intrudes into the sick room; and (c) the victim’s white flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive flive 1,50,000 won in cash; and (d) took 50,000,000 won in cash.

They have been in possession.

From January 30, 2016 to January 30, 2016, the Defendant intruded into sick rooms at night over a total of five times, such as the list of offenses, and carried out cash and articles worth KRW 4,190,000 in total, which are owned by the victims.

As a result, the Defendant was sentenced to punishment twice or more due to habitually theft or night intrusion larceny, and again stolen the property by breaking the structure at night within three years after the execution of the punishment was completed.
