1. Facts of recognition;

A. On August 27, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Korea Savings Bank, the Korea Savings Bank, the Gyeonggi Savings Bank, the Youngnam Savings Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Savings Bank, the Korea Savings Bank, the Korea Savings Bank, the Gyeonggi Savings Bank, and the Youngnam Savings Bank, all of which together with the Promotion Savings Bank, collectively referred to as the “instant banks”), and in harmony A 201 and 15 units (hereinafter referred to as the “instant real estate sales contract”) (hereinafter referred to as the “instant real estate”). A real estate sales contract: The buyer of the instant bank: Article 1 (Sale Price) ① The instant bank sells the instant real estate to the Plaintiff at the price of KRW 8,105,00,000, and the Plaintiff purchases the real estate.

(Value of a building: 4,466,017,100 won, and value of land: 3,638,982,90 won) (2) The Plaintiff shall pay value-added tax of KRW 446,601,710 to the Promotion Savings Bank among the banks in this case on the remaining day of sale, separate from the purchase price.

[Shares owned: 28.26% of the Promotion Savings Bank, 27.84% of the Korea Savings Bank, 28.22% of the Gyeonggi Savings Bank, and 15.68% of the Youngnam Savings Bank] Article 2 (Contract Deposit) of the Plaintiff shall pay 81.1,000,000 as contract deposit to the Bank of this case on August 27, 2013, and the Bank of this case shall receive it.

Article 3 (Methods of Payment, etc.) (1) The Plaintiff shall determine the balance excluding the contract deposit under Article 2 from the purchase price under Article 1, and pay it to the bank of this case as follows:

The first payment is KRW 3,647,00,000 on November 27, 2013, the second payment is made on February 27, 2014: Provided, That if the payment date is a legal holiday, it shall be paid on the next business day, and the lease deposit in effect until the payment date is made shall be subtracted from the balance.
