Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, the 112 patrol team slope E and Inspector F, who was working for the 112 patrol team, was dispatched to the Defendant upon receipt of the Defendant’s 112 report; (b) on September 4, 2013, the Defendant demanded the police officers to accept the Defendant’s money; (c) according to the Defendant’s singing at the entrance; and (d) during the said police officers, the Defendant sing down the upper part of the night patrol e (51 years old) of the victim slope E (51 years old) with the Defendant’s hand.

As such, the Defendant interfered with legitimate performance of official duties by committing assault against police officers, resulting in the 112 patrol duty being delayed for about five minutes.
