Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B rocketing another car.

1. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without the driver’s license at the Hansung apartment parking lot located in the Hansung-gu, Daegu, Daegu, Daegu, about 17:55, at around 17:5, a distance of about 500 meters from the same day to the front day of D located in the same Gu C, around 18:00 on the same day.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) driven the above vehicle at the time of a day, such as paragraph (1) of this Article; (b) driven the front side of the Daegu Suwon-gu C in the middle school located in the middle school, stopped on the right side by the central elementary school surface; and (c) opened the front door of the driver’s seat when opening the front door of the driver’s seat; and (d) did not avoid the driver’s seat door of the Defendant’s vehicle, and damaged the part of the driver’s seat door of the Defendant’s vehicle so that the repair cost amounting to KRW 792,488 of the repair cost is 792,48.
