A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

5,300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry at the Changwon District Court on October, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 31, 2012.
