Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,00 as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on March 6, 201, and on December 30, 2016, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on December 30, 201.

On January 12, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.080%, the Defendant driven a 335 km-ro nivers of the trade name in the Yangsan-dong of Gwangju Northern-gu from the Do preceding the Do in the north-gu, Gwangju, to the front of the Do in the 335 nivers nivers of the trade name.
