The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that all of the charges of this case against the Defendants is just and acceptable, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of interference with business, assault, self-defense, legitimate act, etc. by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, without failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
