Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) boarded CNF Haynael operated by the Victim B (the age of 43) on the 23:00 on June 29, 2013; and (b) 00:15 on June 29, 2013, the following day, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a taxi in operation, such as a quiquih to the victim’s left side, on the ground that the victim driven the Defendant’s house in the direction opposite to the Defendant’s house.
