A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as D of the Gyeonggi-do branch of the Gyeonggi-do Welfare Association for Disabled Persons with Disabilities in Gyeonggi-do, sought subsidies, etc. from the Gyeonggi-do Office of Seocheon-gun, etc. to arbitrarily receive various subsidies, budget, etc. In such a case, the Defendant had expressed his/her intent to enter the “E” or “F” in the relevant column of official questioning so that he/she can be seen as having no employee belonging to the branch of the Gyeonggi-do Welfare Association for Disabled Persons with Disabilities.

On February 12, 2013, at the office of the Gyeonggi-do Association for Welfare of Disabled Persons, the Defendant entered the name of “F” at his/her discretion in the column of the official text of “request for social organization subsidies” by using computers, and then printed out the above by entering the head of the Gyeonggi-do Association for Welfare of Disabled Persons, which is an incorporated association, the official seal of the head of the Gyeonggi-do Association for Welfare of Disabled Persons, and then submitted a written request to the head of the Gyeonggi-do Association for Welfare of Disabled Persons, the Gyeonggi-do Office for Welfare and the head of the Dongcheon-gun, Incheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do Office for Welfare and the person in charge of being aware of the forgery.

During the period from January 10, 201 to July 14, 2014, the Defendant entered the name “E” at will in the column in charge of official questioning at least 13 times in the same manner as the written list of crimes in the attached Form, and entered the name “F at will” in the column in charge of official questioning at least 32 times, and submitted the output of each official document to the person in charge of receipt of such forged facts.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the false name E and F, a false name, and exercised a forged name for the purpose of exercising 45 times in total.
