A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Accordingly, the defendant cut standing timber without permission.

2. A person who intends to fell standing timber, extract or gather forest products in a forest violating the Creation and Management of Forest Resources Act shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or the head of a regional forest office;

On November 201, the Defendant cut 1,400 square meters out of the Fanju-si Forest, which is a forest adjacent to the said Gyeonggi-gun D, for which a forest management plan was authorized without obtaining permission, and cut down 569 square meters in total of KRW 576,640,00 and KRW 1,784 square meters out of L forest, 1,089 square meters out of M forest, and 342 square meters in total among N forest, KRW 576,640, and KRW 569 in total of KRW 141 and KRW 428 of active tree trees.

Accordingly, the defendant cut standing timber without permission.

3. Temporary use of mountainous districts for the purpose of creating forest roads, work roads, forest products transportation roads, forest paths, such as mountain trails and forest trails, and other similar mountain paths;
