A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Seoul Eastern District Court on May 18, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of one million won at the Seoul Southern District Court on January 6, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of one million won at the Seoul Southern District Court on the same crime on at least two occasions.
