A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although a person who intends to occupy and use land in a river area has obtained permission from the river management agency, the Defendant occupied and used land in the river area by putting about 50,000 square meters in the neighboring river area in the Nasan-gun B from around 2015 to May 2016 without obtaining the said permission.
