1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;

Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2018, at around 14:30, the Defendant entered the female toilet c, under C, located in Busan Young-gu B, Busan, and stolen the body of the victim E (e.g., 50 years of age) who was melting the above gate in the adjacent partitions.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public toilets to satisfy his sexual desire.
