A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Car.

On December 17, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car on the 14:35th day of December, 2019, and led to the driving of the above car along the one-lane of U.S., Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, U.S., along the front side of the racing.

In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering system, brake system, etc. of a vehicle so that a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle can well look at the front, rear, and left and right of the motor vehicle, and to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected the two-lanes in the first way, thereby leading up to the left side of the victim C(44 years old) driving in the same direction as that of the Defendant’s vehicle, and received the part on the left side of the victim C(44 years old) driving in the same direction as the part above the right part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, sustained injury to salt and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim, and at the same time, destroyed the above meta truck so that it would amount to KRW 2,645,500 of repair cost, and escaped without immediately stopping it and taking necessary measures.
