1. The Defendants from December 5, 2014 to the Plaintiff as to each of the money recorded in the amount cited in the attached Table 1 list and each of the said money.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. In the case of a V hotel in Busan, Daegu U.S., most of the underground floors are used as a parking lot, and the 1 to 3th floor above the ground is used as a neighborhood living facility (the 50th floor above the ground) and the 4th floor above the ground as a hotel office and a restaurant.

The hotel type service has been provided from the 5th to 30th floor, and the total guest room 416 rooms are multi-unit buildings in which each sectional owner has divided ownership by selling 416 guest rooms to the hotel with convenience facilities, such as living rooms, washing rooms, and kitchens, in the guest room.

(The total sectional owners are 468 persons, hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”). (b)

On July 14, 2006, the land owner of the building of this case (hereinafter referred to as the "urban area") reported the business of accommodation business with 416 whole guest rooms among the building of this case to the shipping authority, and completed the registration of ownership preservation on July 24, 2006.

C. When the city was unable to pay the construction cost of the building of this case to W Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “W”), the city was transferred on September 21, 2009 the status of the said accommodation operator and the status of the managing body of the building of this case to W Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”).

A completed the report of succession to the status of a lodging business operator on September 22, 2009, and entered into an agreement on asset operation and management delegation with each sectional owner on June 30, 2012, with the term of contract as until June 30, 2012, and thereafter, A entrusted the management of the entire building of this case to the whole 416 guest rooms (the number of guest rooms that the plaintiff is entrusted to each sectional owner and operated by each sectional owner was later changed to the 380 guest rooms on August 4, 2010, April 18, 201, and 223 rooms after July 1, 2012) and the entire number of guest rooms of this case.

E. On June 30, 2012, A concluded a contract for asset operation and management delegation between sectional owners, and some of the 416 households divided owners of the hotel hotel of the instant building and the asset operation and consignment contract.
