Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2017, the Defendant driven a B vehicle under the influence of alcohol content concentration of approximately 0.125% in the blood, from the public parking lot located in Jung-dong, Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon to the front of the dry field area of the same Si-gu dialogueed from the public parking lot located in the same Si-gu.
