Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 7, 2017, around 11:12, the Defendant: (a) tried to temporarily park in the ambulances parking zone in order to leave the patient’s wife being administered in front of the emergency parking lot of the D Hospital located in the Gunsan-si, Masan-si; (b) however, the victim E (50), who is the security guard of the above hospital, was the security guard of the above hospital, and assaulted the victim’s left-hand side by taking the victim’s wife’s face with a dangerous object.

2. The Defendant committed assault, on the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant parked a car at a place, and after leaving the car in a car for the same reason as that set forth in paragraph 1, 2 times a shoulder part of the said victim’s shoulder, 1 time a left arms, and 2 times a hand by hand, the body of the said victim’s body was pushed off with the vehicle.

3. The Defendant: (a) whether, at the time and place as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant was unable to park without any reason why the patients, players, etc. were scam in and around the area due to the reasons as described in paragraph 1; and (b) whether, after that, the Defendant was unable to park without any reason why she would cause she to park.

In addition, the victim openly insultingd the victim, stating that he/she should do so equally, work, etc.
