Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and a fine of 300,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Gwangju metropolitan District Court’s support on August 14, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence on August 13, 2013 and is currently under repeated period.

[2014 Highest 137] Around 15:00 on May 14, 2014, the Defendant driven a DNA cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 8km to the front road of luminous located in the same side of the road in front of the Jeonnam-gun, Namnam-do.

[2014 Highest 151] Around 14:00 on May 27, 2014, the Defendant driven a D Poter truck owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 8 km in the section of the above Defendant’s house to the front road of the convenience store in front of the same area, such as the road in front of the convenience store in front of the Defendant’s house in Namnam-gun, Namnam-gun, Seoul., and driving a D Poter truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 8km.

[2014 Highest 209] On July 8, 2014, the Defendant driven the D Poter truck owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from the Defendant’s office located in the Southernnam-gun C to the entrance of a lux of light at approximately 6km from the Defendant’s office located in the Namnam-gun C to the same lux of light.

[2014 Highest 300] On September 16, 2014, the Defendant driven a DNA cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant at approximately 8 km section from the front of the calculation market in the Songnam-gun, Namnam-gun, without obtaining a driver’s license, to the road at the entrance of a luminous master in the same area.

[2014 Highest 316] On September 8, 2014, the Defendant discovered one verification color tent equivalent to 150,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, which was left on the loaded goods by the victim G operating the said marina on the street side of the Fmat located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and stolen the said tent while loading the freight of the Dpoter operated by the Defendant.
