Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is subject to the registration of personal information registered as the management number C by the Ministry of Justice on March 3, 2015.

On November 30, 2016, the Defendant submitted to the head of the Jeju Dong-dong Police Station having jurisdiction over the place of residence a written personal information on the change of the workplace that he/she was employed as an officetel security guard on the Jeju-si Office.

On April 24, 2017, the Defendant was removed from Dtel and changed the workplace information, and the Defendant did not submit the written personal information on the change of the workplace to the head of the police station having jurisdiction over the dwelling area within 20 days from the date of the change.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the obligation to submit personal information on the change of workplace to a person subject to registration under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.
