Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of the PM5 vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Egressing Vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (M5 vehicle).

On February 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 06:10, and led the road of 4 lanes in front of the fire station at the center of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, 10-16, in the direction of the fire station from the area of the large distance to the Gu in the direction of the fire station at the non-speed speed.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 술에 취하여 졸음 운전을 한 과실로 전방에 정차하고 있던 피해자 D(60 세) 이 운전하는 E 모닝 승용차의 뒷 범퍼 부분을 피고 인의 승용차 앞 범퍼 부분으로 충격하고, 이어 위 모닝 승용차가 앞으로 튕겨 나가면서 그 앞에 정차하고 있던 피해자 F(33 세) 이 운전하는 G SM3 승용차를 추돌하게 하고, 이어 그 충격으로 위 SM3 승용 차가 그 앞에 정차하고 있던 피해자 H(39 세) 이 운전하는 I 스타 렉스 승합차를 추돌하게 하고, 이어 그 충격으로 위 스타 렉스 승합차가 그 앞에 정차하고 있던 피해자 J(48 세) 이 운전하는 K K5 승용차를 추돌하게 하고, 이어 그 충격으로 K5 승용 차가 그 앞에 정차하고 있던 피해자 L이 운전하는 M 스타 렉스 승합차를 추돌하게 하는 등 위와 같이 신호 대기로 정차하고 있던 피해차량 5대를 연쇄적으로 추돌하게 하였다.
