The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the "(A) claim amount" column in the attached list and each of the above amounts.

1. The fact that the Plaintiffs were employed by the Defendant and provided labor for each period specified in the “period” column in the attached list, and the Defendant did not pay some of the Plaintiffs’ wages and retirement allowances, and the sum of the unpaid wages and retirement allowances is as indicated in the “(A) claim amount” column in the attached list.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiffs the amount of money stated in the "(A) claim amount" in the separate sheet and each of the above amounts to the plaintiffs, which is calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from each day to the day of complete payment from each day indicated in the separate sheet where 14 days have passed after the retirement of the plaintiffs.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims against the defendant are accepted for all reasons.
