1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 77,00,000 per annum from November 29, 2007 to January 8, 2008 and from January 9, 2008.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. That damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553), is not recognized (see Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the above Regulations).
