1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 466,742,838, and KRW 200,000,000 among them, from September 25, 2014.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On April 30, 2013, the Future Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (formerly: a mutual savings bank: future mutual savings bank; hereinafter “BE Savings Bank”) was declared bankrupt on April 30, 2013 by Seoul Central District Court 2013Hahap54, and on the same day, the Plaintiff was appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy of the future Savings Bank.
B. On September 22, 2006, Defendant Cheongyang-U.S. Agricultural Partnership (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) concluded a loan agreement with the Industrial Bank of Korea and received loans of KRW 300,000,000 from the Industrial Bank of Korea on several occasions from small and medium enterprises. Defendant A jointly and severally guaranteed all the obligations owed by the Defendant Association against the Industrial Bank of Korea at KRW 960,000,000 (the ceiling under the Labor Guarantee Agreement dated June 5, 2006) (360,000,000,000 under the Labor Guarantee Agreement as of September 22, 2006).
C. As of February 27, 2014, Defendant Mutual Aid Association lost the benefit of time by failing to pay the principal and interest of the loan granted by the Industrial Bank of Korea. As of February 27, 2014, Defendant Mutual Aid Association’s loan obligations remain in KRW 2,506,105,454, including the principal and interest of the loan obligations of Defendant Mutual Aid Association, 1,073,869,914, interest in arrears, and interest in arrears.
Since then, all loans claims against the defendant union were assigned in sequence as follows.

The Plaintiff seeks part of the above loan claims. The Defendants jointly and severally seek to the Plaintiff, and from September 25, 2014, a copy of the instant complaint sought by the Plaintiff as to KRW 46,742,838 of the principal and interest in arrears, including KRW 266,742,838, among the loans under the loan agreement of September 22, 2006, and KRW 200,000 of the principal and interest in arrears, from September 25, 2014.
