The Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On September 16, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.172% among blood transfusion around 23:30, the Defendant driven the above vehicle from the JARA Moel in the high-tech district in the Gwangju Mine-gu, to the front of the 2km-distance intersection in the GARA Moel to the front of the GARA Moo-ro located in the Gwangju Northernbuk-gu.
