Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2013, at around 00:20 on October 24, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle for riding between B in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of approximately 200 meters at approximately 00 meters from the entrance of the village amusement park located in the same Dong-dong, Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong, to the entrance of the village amusement park located in the same Dong-dong.
