Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.2 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to display or install advertisements, etc. prescribed by Presidential Decree shall obtain permission from or report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu/autonomous Gu, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

1. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant, at the front parking lot of the “D” located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, without reporting to the head of Jung-gu, installed a ED electronic sign board indicating the “H, G apartment building width, and domestic minimum selling price” at the place where the freight of EPoter II is loaded with the freight of the Epoter II, without reporting to the head of Jung-gu. In addition, the Defendant displayed such words as “H, G apartment building width, and the Korean minimum selling price.”

2. On April 2017, the Defendant installed a ED electronic sign board at the front parking lot of “D” located in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, without reporting to the head of Jung-gu, and without reporting to the head of Jung-gu, with the word “H, G apartment building width, and domestic minimum selling price” at the place of carrying the I Poter Ⅱ freight.
